Evergreen in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS – Aug. 26 – Rob Dorinson, president of Las Vegas-based Evergreen Recycling that provides Las Vegas dumpster rental and Las Vegas roll off bin services as part of its suite of recycling services, is set to deliver “Reaching the Target” presentation at the 2010 C&D Recycling Forum. C&D Recycling Forum is a new event organized by Construction & Demolition Recycling in conjunction with the National Demolition Association. It is taking place October 3 – 5 at the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore, MD.
In “Reaching the Target,” Dorinson will share best practices and details of how Evergreen Recycling helped the builders of the CityCenter, a $9 billion Las Vegas entertainment and resort hub, recycle thousands of tons of material and achieve LEED (Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design) status. The project’s final score card showed a 95 percent materials recycling rate.
The C&D Recycling Forum’s joint sessions and several of its Management and Planning Track sessions offer examples of successful recycling projects and lessons learned from years spent in the business. The event is designed to offer solutions for C&D recyclers by “fostering the profitable recycling of C&D material and targets contractors, recyclers and industry suppliers looking to share their expertise.
